Belly Dance, Zumba, and Cardio Dance use minimal props, while Barre, Yoga, Sculpt, Prenatal/Postnatal, and Pilates use props such as a mat, bolster, blocks, pilates ball, booty band, and/or light weights. Whatever your skill level, energy level, or mood, a workout is available for you.I cannot wait to move with you!
